We offer two shipping options; Tracked and Tracked & Signed.

Our processing time is currently 3-5 working days. This is the time it takes to make, and ship your order. While we aim to- and have been adhering to these times strictly, they may be extended during high order volume periods. We will ensure to give our customers prompt notice of this. 

Please ensure you are inputting your address correctly as that is where your order/s will be sent to. It is impossible to change the destination of your order after it has been dispatched. By Mags Cosmetics absolves all responsibility in this situation and will not issue a refund.In the unlikely event that your item is lost in transit, and you purchased Tracked shipping, we will do our utmost to locate your item. Ultimately, this is out of our control. 
Orders that have been sent back to us as a result of an incorrect address will be subject to a redelivery fee. Alternatively, we are able to offer a refund.*Business days are Monday-Friday. No weekends.
