By Mags is proudly vegan and cruelty free.

• What is lip gloss base? (Versagel)

Versagel is the main ingredient in By Mags lip gloss. It is a vegan, synthetic emollient. It is a great mineral oil substitute and mixed with the right oils can make a beautifully creamy, non sticky gloss.

• How long do you take to dispatch orders?

All orders are dispatched within 5 working days. Working days are Monday-Friday, no weekends. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.

• Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally. Please read our shipping policy for more details.

• I accidentally input the wrong address

 Please email hello@madebymagsc.com within 24 hours of making your purchase to ensure this can be rectified for you. If you email after this time, your order may have already been processed. After which, it will be impossible to change the address on the order. Made By Mags Cosmetics absolves all responsibility in this situation.

• Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or give refunds. All sales are therefore final.

• Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing. After this, your order may already have been processed. Refunds will not be given in this case.
